Data we’re processing, why we’re processing it and our legal obligation of how we’re processing personal data
Personal data:
We’re storing basic, personal data such as full name and email. For contact matters, we’re only storing information about the user’s email address. The primary purpose of storing this information is our desire to deliver the best possible product and service to our users and to ensure our obligation of fulfilling the contract between insights.conversio.dk and the user. Other than that is could be for the purpose of contacting the user to be able to book a meeting with the user, so we can serve them the end result of the analysis. -

Accessing, processing and saving data
insights.conversio.dk access data from Google by using the OAuth process. When the user is using and extracting data from insights.conversio.dk, the extracted data is only saved and stored in a safe Google BigQuery table, which is owned and controlled by Conversio ApS.
Insights.conversio.dk does not share any information granted by the user of our application.
Neither do we store any other data than the data extracted into BigQuery and the basic information mentioned above, which is necessary for insights.conversio.dk to work properly and function in the way, which is intended and expected. The basic personal data is stored for insights.conversio.dk to be able to fulfil our contractual obligations to the user. -

Protecting your data
It is only employees with the instructed responsibility of processing customer data, who has access to it from our side. We’re logging activity from our internal use as well as each employee has a dedicated username and password. We’re using advanced security protocols to protect the data through all stages of processing it. As long as we have an obligation towards the customer, we will be storing necessary data for the purpose - with a maximum of 10 years. If the user requests a deletion of data, we’re required to do so within 48 hours -

Your rights
If requested by you, the user, we will give access to all data stored concerning your account. You are free to withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to complain to the Danish data legislation. You can do that here:

If we were to make changes to our Privacy Policy, you are able to see the date of change on the top of this page. If the changes are substantial and requires you to take action of our changes, we will let you know by email.
